New Halloween Themed Product Share

Is fall in the air where you live? In Kansas, it is still in the 90 degree temperature range most days, but in the morning there is that familiar fall chill in the air, (no matter how slight!). I have been in full swing Halloween mode, so I wanted to share the new Nevermore product collection from Close To My Heart with you and a few cards I made.

Halloween Boy CardAll the cards use the Little Monster (C1630, $13.95) stamp set, Shin Han Touch Twin markers, and coordinating Nevermore products. To make this card, I stamped the image of lil’ Frank with Momento Tuxedo Black ink, since I wanted to color the image using the Shin Han markers. This Momento ink doesn’t bleed when you apply other colors, or water. I used various markers to color the image and folded a Whisper cardstock card base using the Basic Cardstock Combo pack. Then I adhered different sizes of patterned paper from the Nevermore pack. The strips measure 2″, .50″, and .25″.

I used the Artiste Cricut Collection to cut the cute black bow. As a side note, all the Cricut Collections from Close To My Heart now come with cardstock! I used the cardstock from the Artiste collection to make the bow! The bow is “Accent 3” found on page 55 of the Artiste Cricut manual. I cut the bow at a height of 1″. I used a brad to attach the bow and changed this image to the cute lil’ witch. Then I decided to make a horizontal card with three of the lil’ friends from the stamp set. I used the included “Happy Halloween” sentiment for all the cards.

Halloween Friend CardI’d love to see your projects you create for Halloween. I’ll be posting more as I go and linking the products I use below. You can find all of them in my “Shop” at amymuse.ctmh.com.
